But under no circumstances do you refer to them as anything but their character if they’re in costume or vice versa. At the park if they’re in character, they are their character. If they aren’t, you do not make any reference to them being their character. It is okay to know what their identity is, it’s people unwittingly breaking the fantasy in the park that gets them fired.
